Manoj Kumar wins case against Om Shanti Om

Almost a year after the release of the blockbuster Om Shanti Om, the movie still managed to catch headlines.

Yesteryear actor Manoj Kumar finally managed to take revenge against SRK and Farah Khan.

As you know, Manoj Kumar got rather upset about the amount of fun made of him in Om Shanti Om. And he decided to have it out with star Shah Rukh Khan and director Farah Khan.

Not only did Manoj Kumar grab hold of a permanent injunction court order on the scenes that parody him, but the actor is planning to file a criminal suit against Shahrukh Khan, his wife and producer Gauri Khan and Farah Khan.

"We have won the case as the court has ordered a permanent injunction on the scenes which mock the actor. Now we are planning for a criminal case," advocate Ashok Saraogi

"We will be filing the case against the makers of the movie Monday under sections 499 and 500 which says defaming a person advertently either through words, print, movies or any other medium is a criminal offence."
